John Deere 950 brakes

I'm trying to repair a stuck brake and found out lever is stuck. I removed brake cover and shoes but this thing is really stuck. I looked at a video on a yanmar but not quite the same.

I don't know, but a mix of 50/50 automatic transmission fluid and acetone seems to be pretty good at penetrating stuff that's stuck if you can give it repeat applications and enough time.

I'd be careful about beating on it unless you know you can find a replacement and are willing to pay for it.
