Can any one tell me where the netural switch is located on a cab tractor.

There is a switch in the gear tranny, as shown key # 19 here. along with part #
Looks to be on the right side facing forward.

I have a 6415 w/powrquad and neutral start switch is on the front of the transmission (where shaft from engine connects) Key 13 IIRCCC
