John Deere 5103 skid plate???

Does anyone make or has anyone seen a skid plate made for the 5103,5203,5303 or the 5403 two wheel drive models with a front end loader. I am looking to build or buy a skid plate for the tractor.

I want the skid plate to go from the front of the oil pan where the front end loader bolts up to the rear axle. It will need to be braced in the middle. I may brace it at the rear bolt area of the front end loader as well.

The tractor sits pretty high why do you need a skid plate. Never heard of one. Just curious.

There are, I can't find the one I remember. It was a place that sold them for brush hogging and log skidding. The place I remember made tham for many different tractors, but I can remember the name. If I find it I will post it.

I clear brush and trees with it. I don't want the under carriage to be damaged any more.

i made one for mine. kept braking parts underneath.
