John deere 4310 Diagnostic code light bulb HELP!!!

Hi Everyone,
I was wondering if anybody knows anything regarding the diagnostic code light?
On my tractor, my husband wanted to try & see if any fault codes were blinking.
It happens that we are not getting the thing to light up.
We took out the button out, & took out the part that houses the light bulb.
My husband hooked up the prongs to test to see if the bulb would light up.
The light does not light up. It looks like the bulb is burnt.
My question is: does anyone know what amperage/watts the bulb is?
there is nothing written on the bulb.
On the base with the prongs it says
"CARLINGSWITCH 0418 H31N Mexico 12V Lamp"

I did a google/Yahoo search for "Carlingswitch 0418 H31N".
I got nothing.

If anyone has any ideas. that would be great.

The H31N is a 'rocker switch' though, made by Carling Technologies. The 0418 may refer to the 12V lamp that is inserted into the rocker switch.

when I did a search, nothing came up. I did not know to just search for:
"Caringswitch H31N"
I do understand what you are saying regarding "The 0418 may refer to the 12V lamp that is inserted into the rocker switch".

I did happen to find a few results searching this way.
