I'm on 7 acres of land mostly wooded and use tractor for maintaining a gravel drive, mowing about 2.5 acres of grass and clearing some ground behind the house for a pole barn. I have a 400cx loader, 6 foot woods mower, box blade, and a 6 ft. land plane for leveling and spreading dirt. Current project is clearing ground to put a dirt pad for a 30 x 40 pole barn for the tractor to live in. Tractor has been a lifesaver for hurricane cleanup, after hurricane issac last year property looked like a logging deck. Having a tractor and loader almost eliminates chainsaw work allowing me to drag push and pile trees and logs into piles away from house and yard.
