John Deere 3032E PTO

My PTO won't spin, I pull the switch and nothing. The light comes on but nothing. I tried to turn it manually and it would not turn.. It seems to be locked up... I have not used it since the fall. The tractor runs great and the FEL works great but it is brush hog time and no PTO. Any help will be appreciated. Thank You.
