john deere 301a

working on installing rear remotes on a john deere 301 a, hoping to use a generic aftermarket set up to save on cost. main issue is knowing where to plumb into the tractors hydraulics to go to the valve body. any info on how to find which ports to use would be greatly appreciated

Attach pressure to fitting(item 4) at rear of pressure control valve located close to hyd filter. If control valve is just intended to operate a hyd cylinder then return oil can be routed to reservoir(trans case). Be sure control valve is designed for closed-center hyd system or has a closed-center conversion plug installed.

thank you, when you say the return can go to the trans case, is a specific plug for that?
