John Deere 300 Backhoe

I have a problem with my hydraulics a part under the left side floor board cast number R38323 it has three hoses hooked to it and is cracked i need to find a replacement part for it.

Can you post a photo? The number R38323 doesn't show up in the 300 parts catalog. Is it possible you misread some numbers?? R38323 does show up as a clamp for a hyd line on other model tractors.
