John Deere 240 U

I do have a question I recently bought a 1950s? Yellow (from factory) John deere 240 U is it worth trying to sell of should I try to fix it up ? It's been an a field for 5 yrs. And I don't know anything about it and can't find much online any suggestions on what it's worth if anything

A picture would help us give you advice. What you can/should do often depends on the condition. Personally I like the factory yellow tractors.
