I knocked the sending unit off of the side of my mower pto and it stalled the tractor and I can't get it to turn over.. Can I send power to the injection pump and starter to make it start?

I am not sure about what you are saying. Do you mean the safety switch? If so you can jump the two wires on the safety switch and the tractor will start.
