JinmaParts.com Question

I recently ordered a set of replacement fuel injectors from JinmaParts.com. I was shocked to find they sent me USED fuel injectors. The used units were clearly cleaned up but heavily used. They arrived wrapped in plastic and no factory boxes. The nozzle tips were black from combustion deposits and the injector bodies were rusty from not being re-oiled after being in a parts washer. I could even see the wrench marks on the injector nozzle caps.

I've ordered an injector from them before and it was brand new and in the orignal box.

I've already reordered the injectors from another dealer and am sending the used injectors back to the company.


Has anyone else had this problem?

Sorry to hear about your problem. I ordered brake pads and some gaskets about a year ago and had no problems. I was getting ready to order a front headlight from them but maybe I should look elsewhere.

I have never ordered from them, but haven't seen any issues before, from those that did. What was their response when you contacted them? I would have assumed they would send new ones right out to you.

They were closed when I received the package. I sent and email this morning.

I received a phone call from Jinma Parts this afternoon. They said they never sell used or refurbished parts and can't explain how the problem occured. He did comment that his parts manager has been away for a while and will not be returning for a couple days. To resolve the situation, they are overnighting a new set of injectors immediately.

They handled the situation very well are are paying for the return shipping and for the new injectors.

I consider the situation resolved.

Ryan Delany of jinmaparts.com is a good guy. I've bought from them with no problems. And while their parts guys are very
knowledgable and helpful they may have had casual labor packing
that day. I'm sure it was an oversight.
