Backhoe Jinma 284 backhoe fitment

Hey everyone,

I pickup my new (used) Jinma 284, 28HP this coming week. Its got the TZ03D loader. I've found a backhoe for it and just wanted to make sure if it would definitely fit my tractor.

The model of the backhoe is Jinma HW03. Will this backhoe bolt on with no dramas? And is there anything else I need to make it work?

Hi Koosh, welcome.
Is your backhoe set up for frame mount or three-point-hitch mounting? Does it come with a reservoir and PTO driven pump or is it set up to run on the tractor hydraulics? The JW03 weighs around 600 lbs. if I remember correctly. That's about as big as your tractor will handle I think.

Hi Bob,

It has the three point hitch and the seller hasn't listed any reservoir or pump so I'm guessing it will run off the tractor hydraulics. Ah okay, I picked it up today but can't seem to find a VIN plate on it showing what the model is. The FEL has a faded sticked that says: TZ03D-254. So it must be the 254 model?

Well that sounds logical, but I'm no expert on wheeled tractors, sorry.
I highly recommend a rigid top link for the three-point-hitch mounted backhoes.
