I agree with Tommy. Take it apart. 9 times out of 10 its a piece of debris like a paint chip that causes the issues. $2 in some new o-rings and maybe cut a new gasket out of bulk material and you will be good as new with some patients.

Quick update, due to sudden unexpected health issues I just got back to the 3 Point issue a good cleaning was done. the previous owner had screwed the control valve in completely. I took it out completely and cleaned everthing and reassembled and adjust the drop speed and it all works great! Thanks for all the help. Next the leaky rear main.
