Re: Jim\'s new projects

That is one sharp looking garage. Great job...I hope you know you have inspired me to go the extra distance when I add on to my shed out back. I won't be satisfied with my original idea / design now. Thanks a lot. /forums/images/graemlins/shocked.gif /forums/images/graemlins/tongue.gif /forums/images/graemlins/grin.gif

Re: Jim\'s new projects

Thanks Barry:

It is a big project, but well worth it. The building went up pretty fast, but the grading, planting, etc. etc. has taken a lot longer. The 425 has been useful for all sorts of things. I am still amazed at how maneuverable the this guy has been.

For example, I would have been hard pressed to not hit the side of the building when I widened the RV parking area on the right. I was still scared, but the 425 has such a great power to size ratio that it handled the digging in that tight space with no problems at all.

Good luck when you put your shed up. And as always, lots of pictures are a good thing /forums/images/graemlins/smile.gif

Re: Jim\'s new projects

I used the large bucket and a rake to spread the stone.

Re: Jim\'s new projects

Here is an example of what you can do with the 4 in 1 bucket. I am for sure no landscaper, but the bucket functions very well when open to grade the topsiol.

I used the large bucket to spread the topsoil, and then the 4 in 1 to grade everything.

Re: Jim\'s new projects

I have the grass seed spread for most of the area. It should take about two weeks for it to start to come up.

The entire staff of Paradigm Shift Motorsports (viz., me and the good Mrs /forums/images/graemlins/grin.gif) is "green" with envy. That is one mighty fine garage, Jim.

Re: Jim\'s new projects

Thanks Paul. I am working on seeding everything right now. The stone front goes on the building either Monday or Tuesday depending on the weather.

After that, I need a little time to save some more funds and then I will start on the stone wall. /forums/images/graemlins/smile.gif
