Do all JD front mount snowblowers turn the same direction. I have a JD755 and want to mount a snow blower on it. I can't find one that directly mounts so I will need to fab my own using the mount from what ever tractor I get a snowblower from. I found one off a 318 but it looks like it turns a different direction. If they are different what tractors use the same blower. Thanks.

The 318 snow throwers were fine in there day but the newer throwers and blowers made for the 400 series starting in 1993 were much better. They can take in more snow and blow it much further.

There were some blowers for the x55 or x70/x90 series that turned the opposite direction or had different rpm requirements. Then there were also some different ones for the front mount mowers. It may take more time or money but I would wait and find one specifically for my applicetion.

After the snowiest darn winter in 30 years I am also looking and I think there are some that turns "backwards". You can tell by which side of the fan the chute is on. Also you can go to Deere.com and look through the parts catalog for your tractor. Look up attachments in the illustrated parts and find the snowblower and on that page shows which tractors fit that model snowblower with different hitch parts of course.
