I need to replace the throttle cable on my LX188. It looks like the console has to come off to get access to the back of the assembly that holds the throttle to the console. Does anyone know the procedure for taking the thing apart? It looks like the steering wheel has to come off as well as some of the side moulding pieces. So far, no luck. The steering wheel bolt is stuck tight and the side mouldings won't come off unless the console is off. However, it looks like the mouldings have to come off for access to the bottom console bolts!! It's a chicken and egg thing, me thinks. Any suggestions? Thanks.
