JD GX75

I've been looking for a small riding mower (around 30" deck) to get those areas I can't get to with my tractor. Don't want anything fancy or big.

I saw a used GX-75 with a Kawasaki 9HP in pretty good shape at local repair shop that sells lots of used/refurb equipment.

What's the word on these little machines? Are they pretty decent? This one is $800. Thanks.

My neighbor has one, and it runs great. The skinny is that with all the new type mowers out, the little rear engined riders get overlooked. That is ashame, as they really are nice for certain needs. That is a good little machine, and the Kawasaki engine will run great for much longer than the machine is with us.
