With 500+ hours on a John Deere GX325 what would I need to look at or consider replacing with that many hours?

click the link below and look at item #27 - JD part # M133979 - I believe this is the "bolt" that fastens the PTO/pulley to the engine output shaft (crankshaft) - I have had problems with it in the past on a 325 - Get your JD dealer to confirm this is the correct part as I not sure as it is labeled "self locking screw".
