JD F725 mower

Hi, just lost the power to the PTO on my F725 mower, looks like the belt that comes off the motor to the PTO broke, seems it only had one and there is provision for 2, anyway does it have 2 and any idea the size, would anyone on this site happen to know how these belts are installed possibly a manual that is in PDF format

Yes if the PTO has space for two belts then replace them both. I would replace using John Deere belts. If ordered from Jd they come two to the pack. Do not order two. There is also another belt up under the mower housing also for the hydraulics. I would change that belt as well while you have access. Belts from Jd are about $60. Just replaced mine.

Agri supply usually carries the alot of JD parts like belts, blades, filters, etc. If you have the JD part # you can call them and see if they have it available. I get my mower deck belt and blades from them at half the price at JD.
