Nice area up there. I have a 26' Clipper pocket yacht I keep on the trailer at my place. I have not had time to put it in the water in about 3 years. We used to keep it on Percy Priest lake in a slip at Elm Hill Marina. Just sold my Seadoo. Had a 2000 GTI. No time to ride it.
Will it ever cool down? I have some falling leaves at my place, also. Right in front of my barn, I have a hackberry that keeps shedding its leaves.
