JD BC1600 Weedwhacker- need part

I need the metric (?) 8mm (?) left thread nut and cup washer used to attach the "tri-arc" blade to fit this unit. Any ideas out there?

I actually think this was made by Homelite and sold by Home Depot branded as John Deere.........

Simply call your JD dealer..

Here is the link to the JD parts website Simply put your model number in the box, click on sectional index, click on bc1600 (#41), click on handle, stringhead. Parts needed appear to be #33, 34.


Number 33, 34. List price on both is $2.36. Most any dealer can have the parts for you in 2 days.
