I can't get my 950 to turn over. I had to replace an injector and since then I cannot get it to start. I have replaced the voltage regulator, battery and had to have the starter rebuilt. Now all it does is just click. Won't spin the motor so I can bleed the lines and start her back up. Starter IS engaging as you can hear the bendix kick out and then back. 1980 model with Yanmar 3 cyl diesel 3T90J motor.

Sounds like you are not getting enough voltage to the starter solenoid. Check your ground wires as well as the positive.
With the tractor in neutral and key off jump from the battery straight to the hot wire on the starter. If it cranks over then not enough power is not getting to the solenoid. May be a bad wire or loose connection. You can test the voltage to the solenoid with a multi-meter. Jump power straight to the solenoid lead. If it engages and the starter runs then you may need a relay to send full voltage to the solenoid.
