JD 896 side delivery rake help please

Bearing went out on Right hand axle. Got the old bearing off. Now cant get bearing, collar, and flanges down the shaft so I can line up the left hand axle to right hand axle. Is the attaching flange on the right hand axle removeable? Any help is appreciated.

According to JD PC # 615 the RH wheel brg flange bracket(determined by SN part #E10150 or E11456) bolts to main frame with four 1X1-1/2" bolts with nuts & LW's.
