JD 855 won't move

I have a 1990 JD 855 that has been parked for 5 years. The rear wheels won't turn.Is there a way to release them? It was parked without the parking brake engaged so I do not think the brakes are the issue. Thanks dewclaw@aol.com

That is a hydrostatic model, need more info on what it is doing or not doing. Is it running fine? What happens or what sounds do you hear when you press the forward or reverse pedals?
