JD 770 won't crank

My 770 has started and run well since I've owned it. With the drought in north Missouri this year, I didn't start it for 4 months. Now I can't get it to turn over. The battery is fully charged and there is a good ground. Any suggestions? Thanks!

Volt readings ? (at B posts before crank, at B posts during attempt crank, between starter pos post and starter mount base, both before crank and during attempt crank)

If your batteries up to snuff, follow the voltage down hill to your starter till you find where it 'don't'.
