JD 5300 Rear Remote...No Float Position

I have both a JD 5300 and 5210 both with a single rear remote. The 5210 has float but the 5300 does not. Does the 5300 valve only need the longer cap to allow spool movement for float or will a longer spool be needed also?

It requires a whole different valve. You can't just swap some parts.

Yes this requires a longer spool for the 4th position and detent assembly.

No clue if parts for 5210 would work on 5300. Whole valve might mount in same place.
