Jd 5045e question

I have a 2012 jd 5045e 4wd with 9/3 transmission. The center hump between your feet gets really hot and I was wondering if there was an insulated cover or something to shield the heat.

I have a 2013 5045 D and the transition between the engine and transmission has always been hot…..but never a problem.

I was told that some models close to these have an insulated cover over this area. It doesn’t bother me but I do have grandkids ride some and I don’t want to harm them.

Doubt any harm would come to them. Maybe warm feet, but no burns or damage.

Look into the cover from a John Deere 5210, it should fit.
