JD 4720 Brake

Anyone have any advice on adjusting the parking brake on my 4720? I can pull mine all the way up very easy and tops out It holds ok but really needs a little more I think. Do I have to pull the rear tire?

Find the connecting cable that has an adjustable yoke on one end with a spring locking pin to remove first.
Don't know how much trouble it is to get to that cable yoke end.
