JD 4520 Electrical issue?

I have a 2009 JD 4520 that's driving me crazy trying to figure this out. The tractor dash blinks repeatedly and the relays are clicking and other heavy clicking noises
that I cannot locate. Ive been told I probably have a short somewhere,(duuu), bot I can't track it down. I have full power to the starter, alternator, etc.etc.
PLEASE HELP !!!

I would start by physically detaching, wire brushing, and reattaching cables at battery and ground points regardless of what they look like on physical inspection

Thanks for the reply. I am now able to keep the dash lit up but, when the keys turned to Start dash dies, so trying to jump start the Starter dash dies also...

Just went through what switches and wiring to inspect. Maybe something came to life… I hope it’s not a short, there was evidence of a mice nest from last year

Have you recently cleaned/tightened ""all 4 battery cable connections""?? If not you need to perform that simple task!

Yes, new battery and i only have 1
