JD 420 FEL Hydraulic Line Replacement

I need to replace all of the 3/8" steel tubing lines on my front-end loader. The "tee" connections are corroded and have begun leaking. Does anyone know where I can purchase these? The tractor is a 1999 4200 and the loader is a 420.

I need #1, 2, 14, 15, 20, 21, 24, and 25.

EDIT: All four of my lines are one piece, unlike the diagram below. JD no longer makes them..

I expect a good hydraulics repair shop could make them if they can use the old one for a pattern.

Another option is to measure the OD of the tube and use a tube bite type of fitting. You cut the old fitting off deburr the tube / remove the paint then put the fitting on. They are easy to install only requiring wrenches. Swagelok and Parker Ferulok are two types.

I'm not surprised that John Deere no longer makes the one piece lines. Do they make the 2 piece ones? There's no reason if they do that you can't replace the one piece line with two piece ones.

If they are no longer available you'll just have to get rubber hoses made up at a hydraulics shop as replacements. A good shop should be able to crimp up a set of hoses for less than the cost of JD ones if they are available. Make sure you take your old hoses in so that the shop has something to pattern off of. They might also be able to bend up replacement steel lines

The one piece was for ease of assembly at the factory, but was not practical to be shipped as a replacement part, so the two pieces were a lot easier to ship without a huge crate or box to protect it. I agree, a good hose shop should be able to reproduce at a fair price.
