Well if I take it off your hands will that help? If you want to see if you can bring it back to life,here's what I usually found when symptoms are same as you described.
Wiggle pin either broke,bent or missing. If bent it can usually be straightened and might last forever. If broke or missing they aren't available from dealer but can be ordered by phone from overseas where they build them but cost as much as rebuilt engine. You can try salvage yards but it's hard to find a tractor that pin isn't broke,bent or missing.
