Is your hydraulic fluid at the proper level? What's the position of your three point control? If it is in the full up position that can slow the front loader. If that is the cause there's a simple adjustment to fix it. After these it's possibly a filter, screen, or suction line problem.

That model has a cleanable filter in the sump. Take it out and scrub it up. That may or may not be the fix, but it is where you have to start. While there, take a look for an old weathered hose that may be causing a air suction leak for oil moving between the sump up to the hydraulic pump.

Could be wrong viscosity hydraulic fluid. MUST be LO-VIS. Don't ever use generic hydraulic fluid in the JD or Kubota tractors.

Did the loader suddenly start moving sluggish or has it slowly been getting worse?

If suddenly does it sound like the tractor is straining when trying operate the loader?
