What are you looking to do with the 3203? What features do you want or need? How many hrs on the machine? Do you have pics?
I have a 3203 which I bought new and, 2.5 yrs and 255hrs later have nothing majorly bad to say about this model. I have used it to move hundreds of bucket loads of manure from my barn/corrals, installed 220 fence posts (with help of a PHD), hauled hundreds of loads of gravel/stones/rocks (landscaping, etc), mowed roadside with 7' sickle bar mower, and not to mention the tons upon tons of snow removal with loader and rear snowblower.
Only thing that would improve the 3203 would be the ability to have additional hydraulics available and a bit more loader strength. Better seat, and additional electrical hookups in the factory fuse block.
Overall I am VERY pleased at what my 3203 has done for me over the 2.5yrs I have had it!!! I am now upgrading to a 3320, 300CX loader, open station w/ front mount blower, as I have some lower back and hip problems and sitting cranked around for 1-2hrs every other day throughout the winter watching the rear mount blower aggrevates things worse. And have now found that more hyd ports will benefit me with what implements I now have.
It all depends on what you are looking for and what you plan to use the tractor for. The 3203 was designed and marketed as an entry level tractor..ie, no frills or added stuff that the average/novice user would not need. Hence the lower price

$12,500 is not a bad price depending on condition and hrs of it. My trade-in for mine with blower and loader (minus the canopy, bucket hooks, etc) came in at $14,800.
Any questions... feel free to ask!!!
