jd 318 hydro frozen?

its been below 0 here in ohio for few days. went out to plow driveway. jd started but heard a noise and it wont move like a slight bang. have no hydro movement. could it be frozen or might broke something. any ideas what to look for?

Three things I can think of right off the top of my head. the drive belt broke, the brake on the tranny is frozen, or the oil in the hydro had water in it and is now frozen, which you don't want, because if that is true then most likely the tranny is toast.

dont have a drive belt have drive shaft to hydro pump. tractor wont go forward or backward and plow wont go up or down. thanks for the help! got some time today going out look it over! thanks again
