Henri88. Yes, I mistakenly wrote 2010-2012. My understanding is it was 2008,
And to the last post about length of PTO shaft. Few videos of how to cut the shaft to correct size on you tube. I watched one 10 times before I cut my shaft. ( Very simply). I have the 2010 and keep my slip clutch really loose when the tiller is in use. It's also mounted with a soft brass bolt from a toilet kit. I broke the bolt twice on small roots this spring. I'm so paranoid I will damage the rear that its probably overkill.

Deere bought the transaxles from Tufftorque .turns out the pto was not built heavy enough until Deere told TT to smarten up.
Cheaper to purchase an entire new trans axle and bolt it in instead of repairing the busted unit.

its a 2006 model.

No news, taking it into the JD place tomorrow for "diagnosis".

The K92 is fitted to the 425-X758, and simplicity legacy garden tractors. No doubt it will be cheaper because it is smaller and has no low gear, or separate implement pump.

Does so have an aux hydraulic function to operate implements. Diff lock, rear pto, mid pto, 4WD .

So the 2305 has a modified K92 TT rear end like I had in my X485? Never took that close a look at the 2305 transmission. Obviously, they'd have to make changes to provide low/high range and whatever else to make it suitable for the SCUT market.

Here is the best I could find on a quick search. I'd like to know what transmission actually was used in the 2305 and 1 series.
Three different transmission cases are listed for the 2305. LVA802796, LVA802797 & LVA802798 ?
The pto was updated at serial # 227697
The back cover which I assume was breaking with the pto was updated to LVA802798.
TRANSAXLE HOUSING (INCLU DES PARTS ) AND LVU80 3048 SHAFT AND CH11550 BEARING (SUB FOR LVA801010)
