I have a JD 2020. When switching from Park or Neutral into any gear, many times it will grind the gears. The clutch is pushed in all the way. It's kind of like it takes too long for the gears to stop turning or that the clutch does not quite disengage the trans. If I hold the clutch in for maybe 10 seconds, it might shift fine. Is there something that needs adjusted or is this a bigger problem?
