Evening. You have most likely done this but.... what if you disconnect all of the solenoids (or what ever might be causing issue), and then reconnect them one at a time while attempting to move machine (or perform calibration) after each reconnect. I know basically zero about the system, so I feel there is little intelligent help I can offer:(

another thought I had was you stated you tried another cluster and hst controller, but did you try them both at the same time? I only ask b/c what if the issue is in the cluster, and the cluster 'took out' the 1st hst?

I don't think I would change the wiring harness on a whim. I would work backwards from the light bulb to see if I could find the problem. I would also wan't to verify that all signals were present for forward/reverse travel as it sounds like you are missing a link here.

I had a problem with my 4520 soon after I bought it, lost the program and wouldn't move. Deere dealer reprogrammed it and it worked for another two years without incident. The problem came up again though when I was rototilling some hard ground and shaking the tractor. Turned out to be a poor connection on the computer bonding strap to frame, that fixed it works fine after another couple of years. I have since shook the crap out of it several times to make sure it is fixed.

My point being make sure all the connections are making good contact. The harness itself if it has a problem can be fixed but I doubt there is a need for complete change out.

jenkinsph I agree with you 100% I have tested all values to forward /reverse throttle ,inching lever ex... I did start from connector at cluster for code lamp the thing is it splices 29 different ways to a seires of grounds that go to all HST components I have it narrowed down to 6 wires but have to re move floor board ,it has an after market cab I was told today that this problem came shortly after this installation ,the machine is not mine it belongs to a customer who is not happy.this is it 3rd HST CONTROLER with only 400 hours ,I just started working at this dealer last year ,but from what I have seen lots of swopping parts hoping it works .I don't work that way but suck cuz I don't call the shots I checked volts from those 6 weirs 2 are suppose to send 5volt refrience to HST controller and their is nothing iam getting closer to the problem but have to remove all kinds of crap. but at least its getting closer.if new harness comes before I can find problem at least its all apart .I checked straps all over like you said;good thing I get posts to my phone its great having you guys handy :D but now that I know about cab deal I have a few more places to serch for pinched /crushed weirs some of the HST HARNESS run under /threw /behind ROPS its the work and time that's the killer I even work on it during lunch brake ,MUST FIND PROBLEM just for the fact that some one screwed up,but no one says a dam thing.thanks again for all the help you guys are good folk.:drink:

Wrenchin,
I have a Laurin cab I installed on my 110 when new back in 2005. IIRC, there is one ignition wire that hots up a relay for a 30 to 40A circuit that is connected to the battery positive terminal. There isn't anything else besides a ground strap tied into the tractor electricals that I can remember.

Good luck with the battle.
