I wonder if the new HST controller needs to be calibrated?
Did some add all these grounds? Why would it need 29 grounds?
I'll bet a new harness is big $$$$$. I think I would spend my $$$ on a technical manual that has wiring diagrams and repair the harness.
It (tech manual) should also tell how to calibrate everything.
From what I read there is a fuse that has to be installed for calibration. BUT do NOT just install the fuse, it resets all calibrations to ZERO, NOT to default settings. Then you MUST recalibrate. Did you possibly put a fuse into the calibration slot?

hay thanks for reply all the grounds are factory splices I have all test equipment and manuals ,when the fuse is put into calibration slot the service light on dash should come on and start calibration codes .it never comes on ,I have checked most components for shorts but you need pencil fingers to get to some of this crap .I have the jd full calibration kits for 95% of jd tractors all I can find is a bad ground that shorted to a hot becuz HST controller was fried upon cutting it open its almost like some one did some welding on machine and sent a massive jolt threw system but theirs no melted wires .do you think I should remove all HST SOLEINODS to all functions and test them? I work for JD as a tech but never seen this happen.

I even filed a case with JD and got less info than I know thay told me that was not a commin problem no ****.

There is nothing I can do to help, but I wish you the best. Is there anyway to go 'higher up' with help from JD?

I'm not very familiar with Deere in general... I do own a 110 TLB.

Last year I had a problem with the flywheel sensor which made the forward and reverse pedals unresponsive... I was able to limp back to the shed with the creep function.

My heart sank thinking of all the things it could be and it was Christmas and my Birthday all in one when it turned out to be a $65 sensor held on with one bolt.

Just putting this out there...

Here's a link with picture and part number

You don't mention testing the light itself. Could the bulb be burned out? The light should come on for about 4 seconds each time the key is turned on.

yes I did check that to I jumped power to all dash operations all worked just talked with JD rep today going to send me anew harness for half the price because of the low hours it has they told me this is a first one that this has happened ,with no melted wires ,they also told me to replace all spool valve soleinods that have to do with hst they make it sound easy ,like I said before you need pencil fingers , but I have gone this far so im going to remove cab.thanks for reply :confused2:

Good luck with finding the problem, seems like a lot of parts being changed and doubt they all needed changing.
