JD 1050 hyd remote

Can someone explain the functions of the rear remote on a 1050 to me? There are two levers. The outer lever moves easily and I use it for my hyd top link. The inner lever is where I have a question. It seems to remain in position when I push it forward or reward. It's very stiff when moving. It may stay in the position you put it in. I was looking at a northern tool log splitter and was wondering if the inner lever could be used to control the circuit to the splitter. I don't have power steering or any other hyd circuits on the tractor. It should be simple, but not to me

Does your 1050 have the auto draft sensing feature for control of the 3pt rockshaft arms?

The 1070 has that feature.

Yep, it's controlled by a flat u-shaped spring where the top link attaches. The top hole is not draft sensing, but the bottom holes is. (The best I remember)
