Thanks for all the replies to my inquiry on the deck stand for the JD 1025 60" deck. I have s similar set up to Larry's Axles currently which I use for moving and storage. The difficulty is the process involved in getting the mower deck in a vertical position and then moving it into a place for storage. I currently use an engine crane to lift (after blocking it up to get under the deck) to install the axles. The deck dolly look like a possible solution-just curious how easy it is to lift the deck-the man in the video is pretty well built. I have read the ratings and probably would go with the longer handles. When you are my age-67 (and after back surgery) you ask more questions and have to decide between what you can do and what you should do! Thanks again for all your replies.

I am 67, no back problems, and I would never dream of trying to lift my 62D deck. Do you have a front end loader? I use that to lift it vertically. I just use axles on mine, but I understand the desire to have it easier to move. When I need to move things (snowblower, box blade) I just buy two Harbor Freight moving dollies (1000 lb capacity each) when they are on sale for $8 and build an equipment dolly. I think you could build a cradle on each dolly to accept your axles.
