2002 NH TC33D - Replaced a 1950 Ford 8N
Good afternoon,

Just curious from all: what are the best places (both front and rear) to jack a TC33D tractor up from, as I replace tires?

The rear seems much easier as I was thinking right under the spot the tow bar connects to the rear axle. The front, not so sure....

If your jack goes high enough the front cross member will work, but on the front axle by each front tire works too.

Just looking for one spot up front to place the jack, and we'll use jack stands to take the tires off.

I use the loader to raise the front. A big floor jack under the rear drawbar to raise the rear tires for putting on my chains.

When I had my TC33D, I would jack it up from the front bumper/frame with my farm jack. It is good to unload the front axle when greasing the axle pivot. If the FEL is on, I could use that too.

If you use the draw bar or anything really close to the center then remove a wheel you may find that the tractor will tip and could fall off the jack. Use blocking and pickup from the axle or rear lower mount.

As a closing point: this worked like a charm, under the draw bar in the rear and right under the front guard/brush guard. R1 tires are on and need to now be filled, so another task....

Thanks to all advice/advisors!!
