Anybody got any experience or opinions on jbar land planes.
Seen 5 footer advertised for 550.

Price sounds good. My only use would be for 500ft drive.

Going to.
For my occasional use if the quality is decent, it would save me 500 plus dollars.
Evidently no one on here has experience with one.

That link shows a box blade not a land plane grading scraper. Whatever. You see the problems/concern the OP had with the one he purchased. Be advised - check carefully. There might be a very good reason it being sold at such a price.
