I need help trying to get my hydraulics to lift on my Iseki TX1410F, it does not have a loader just a roto-tiller, if I manually lift the tiller it will stay up but it will not lift on its own. I replaced the O-rings on the piston, the screen is clean and has new oil. How do I make sure the valve is set correct? Also is it time to bite the bullet and replace the pump or can it be rebuilt? Or where can I get a used one without getting gouged to bad? I know this is a lot of questions but I really like this little tractor and it has been so handy on our acreage I miss using it!!!

You really need a flow and pressure test to see if the pump is performing like it should.

You can do a relief valve test if the pump is pumping like it should, by installing a 3000 psi gage before the 3pt.

Pressure is developed by the load, so a light load may only show 1000 psi, whereas to lift a heavy load, the pressure developed might be in the 2500 psi range.

You pump probably can be rebuilt if needed.
