he needs to examine why the injectors are putting out a stream instead of a mist first, though.. it could be bad injectors, or not enough pressure to them from a worn injector pump.. these parts are similar to an oil burner with either a worn nozzle, or low pressure to the nozzles, it puts out black smoke because the fuel is not being atomized properly..
The injector nozzles worn out any one know where I can get new ones

Take a look at this video and see how your injector compares with the injector stream:

Full rack injection timing test - YouTube

There is a new injector tip in the injector shown by the person who gave up on it before me. It starts fine. Some would argue it isn't atomized properly. I would agree. Maybe the pump isn't putting up enough pressure. I wouldn't waste my time or money pursuing it though. Been there, learned not to. Just sharing my experience from the dozen or so of these I have worked on. Better atomization is better and correcting it may be enough to get you running a little longer. Cylinder leakage is more prevalent and will eventually catch up to you. More frequent oil changes are the only thing I know of to help combat this in lieu of re-ringing or boring/sleeving. With no hour meter and lack of discipline owners tend to neglect this item.

I don't think the OP would call THAT a stream. at least it has some atomization to it.. Cylinder leakage can be diagnosed with a compression tester..

Hi fxrs55 i dont suppose you have a detailed wiring diagram for a tx1500f and tx1510 only when i got my tx1500f tractor off of the "e" action site it had homemade wiring and i have got hold of a tx1510 wiring harness so i need to know the colours and the difference in colours that go to the same places
