Iseki tx1300f looking for engine repair manual

i need to find this dash wiring i know the tx1510 has a hour / rpm meter but i dont think it has any wires going to it but i have 3 blue wires each side of the turn signal switch and i cant see a black and yellow like what on marclPL's picture above
