ISEKI SA 207
I have an ISEKI SA 207 here and the three point hitch will not pick up a load. The bucket raises just fine but the 3ph will not. If I put the lever in the up position and get off the tractor and pull it up by hand, it will hold it there, and I can put my body weight on it and it will hold. I read that it could possibly be the valve that controls it. The speed is up but I have no idea where to go from here. Any help would be greatly appreciated, Thank you.

I know nothing about your tractor, but some have a turn screw, often under the seat, that has to be kept screwed in. If yours has one and it`s loosened a tiny bit, it will let the oil pressure go.

I've never worked on a three point but it sounds like you've got fluid bypassing the controls internally somehow. You could have a worn valve or seal inside. Try to locate a parts breakdown for your three point hydraulic system. Lacking that look for information for other Japanese three point systems. I suspect in operation they're all pretty similar. I'm assuming you're using the proper quantity of the appropriate hydraulic fluid.
