i can get this for 549.00 at a place by my house, is this close to the same as a harley rake?

No this is not a harley rake; it is a soil pulverizer. Harley rakes are pto driven power rakes.

Not at all the same but it does loosen the soil, but doesn't deal with the stone removal at all. For those that don't have stones it might do a great job of giving a seed bed for grass seed to grow in.
