I was on the list several years back for Tesla Power Wall as I had already installed my 6kW array…I went with FranklinWH batteries and solar management system a few years ago, no problems and it has worked well so far.
That's actually one of the most intelligent things I've heard in 64 pages of this thread. You're right, there's a huge hole there, just waiting for someone to fill it, and the strengths of an EV could shine better here than in the "big pickup" market.In my opinion the CT should have targeted the ford ranger size niche for daily drivers (2.5 to tow rating) as the EPA have forced pickup makers out of the size, so an EV pickup in that size would have a vacant market space. It would also use EV strengths and avoid fighting the big 3 in ice strength areas(fast fueling, established infrastructure , long range, etc).
