You need to use an oil extractor. It’s pretty easy as you just hook it to the battery and suck all the oil out.

I only have a manual, hand pump one, and I find that that's acceptable. On my cars I pump it up a bunch and do other work (10k OIs coincide with other maintenance thing- cabin filters or such), stopping to pump back up/check periodically: multi-tasking :D
