I can see how a jetski might not be the easiest thing to drain oil from, well not and remain watertight.

You need to use an oil extractor. It’s pretty easy as you just hook it to the battery and suck all the oil out.

I only have a manual, hand pump one, and I find that that's acceptable. On my cars I pump it up a bunch and do other work (10k OIs coincide with other maintenance thing- cabin filters or such), stopping to pump back up/check periodically: multi-tasking :D
